• Beef tartare with pickles and organic egg (freshly prepared from premium Polish beef tenderloin)

• Catfish in honey-balsamic souse with marinated vegetables

 

Soup choice

• Broth based on guinea fowl meat with homemade noodles

• Topinambur cream with a touch of green pea and roasted sunflower

 

Main course choice

• Goose breast in boletus’ mushroom souse with a mix of Silesian style noodles

• Roasted sturgeon in cream served with potato-vegetable casserole

 

Dessert to choose

• Apple mousse dashed with Żubrówka vodka

• Pumpkin mousse with honey caramelized seeds
